Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 1 cup of chopped tomato
  • 1 cup of chopped red onion
  • 1 cup of chopped sweet chile
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 cup of chopped cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of black sauce
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 family bag Zambos Chile Limón

Preparation:

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours.
  • Serve with Zambos Chile Limón
