Picositas Breaded Cutlets with Zambos Chile Limón

Zambos Chile Limón

  • 2 fresh pork chops
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 bag of Zambos Chile Limón
  • Enough Oil for Frying


  • Season the chops with salt and pepper
  • Blend the entire bag of Zambos Chile Limón in a food processor. Pass the chops through the flour, the egg and finally through the crushed Zambos.
  • Once the oil is hot we can fry the cutlets and cook until they are ready.
  • Accompany with lemon and the garnishes of your taste
