  • Vegetable oil
  • 6 ounces of shredded or ground puyazo meat

  • 2 tablespoons minced coriander
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 hamburger bun
  • Ketchup sauce to taste
  • Lettuce to taste
  • ¼ avocado in slices
  • 1 slice of provolone cheese
  • 1 family bag Zambos Plantain Originals


  • In a bowl place the meat with the mentioned spices. Garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, pepper, black sauce, and coriander. Mix well and make the meatloaf.
  • In a frying pan, place oil and cook the cake to the desired finish Place ketchup sauce on one of the bread slices. Add lettuce to taste.
  • Place a portion of Zambos Plantain Originals, on top of the avocado, the meat, the cheese and that’s it.
