Zambos Plantain Originals with Avocado

Zambos Plantain Originals

  • 1 pound of pear tomato
  • ½ pound of red onion
  • 1 mallet of coriander
  • 2 teaspoons of salt and pepper
  • 2 envelopes of 400 gr. mayonnaise
  • Juice of a lemon
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 white onion
  • ½ cilantro mallet
  • I teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 pound of cabbage
  • 1 cup of spiced vinegar
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 family bag Zambos Plantain Originals


  • Cut tomato, onion and coriander.
  • Mix in a bowl and season with the salt and pepper.
  • Combine the mayonnaise, water, onion, lemon juice, coriander, salt and pepper in a blender. Process until you have a homogeneous sauce.
  • Cut the cabbage into strips.
  • Once finished, place in a bowl and add the vinegar, water and let it rest for half an hour.
  • Serve the Zambos Plantain Originals to your liking and then top with a portion of cabbage, chismol and salsa. Ready to enjoy.
