Zambos Maduritos with Bean Dip

  • 2 cups of smoothie beans
  • ½ pound of loose chorizo
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 cup of chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons cream butter
  • 1 bag of Zambos Maduritos


  • Place a little oil in a frying pan and fry the chorizo.
  • Add the blended beans and mix them in the pan.
  • To give the desired consistency to your dip, you are adding the chicken bottom. Remember that it should not be excessively thin either.
  • Proceed to serve them in a bowl and then add the cream butter. We accompany them with Zambos Maduritos.
