Anafre Beans with Cheese Zambos

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 400 grams sachet of ISSIMA refried red beans
  • 2 sachets of ISSIMA Mexican or Criollo sofrito
  • 1/4 fresh cheese
  • 1 bag of Zambos

PROCEDURE:

  • Boil a cup of water in a pot. Add ISSIMA beans sachet. Stir thoroughly.
  • Add ISSIMA Criollo sofrito and mix.
  • Continue, add fresh cheese and stir gently until mixed.
  • Serve with Zambos and enjoy.
