- ½ pound of titi shrimp
- ½ pound of small pieces of Tilapia fillet
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- ½ cup of red onion
- 1 cup of chopped cilantro
- ISSIMA sour orange marinade as needed
- Pepper as needed
- 1 cup of lemon juice
- 1 cup of ISSIMA ketchup
- 1 cup drinking water
- 1 bag of Yummies Zambos
- In a bowl we mix all the ingredients except, for the Zambos.
- Leave the ceviche standing for at least 8 hours or overnight.
- Enjoy it later with the delicious Yummies Zambos.
