Fish and Shrimp Ceviche with Zambos

INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ pound of titi shrimp
  • ½ pound of small pieces of Tilapia fillet
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • ½ cup of red onion
  • 1 cup of chopped cilantro
  • ISSIMA sour orange marinade as needed
  • Pepper as needed
  • 1 cup of lemon juice
  • 1 cup of ISSIMA ketchup
  • 1 cup drinking water
  • 1 bag of Yummies Zambos

PROCEDURE:

  • In a bowl we mix all the ingredients except, for the Zambos.
  • Leave the ceviche standing for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  • Enjoy it later with the delicious Yummies Zambos.
