Zambos with ISSIMA Coleslaw

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 bag of Zambos
  • 2 cups of grated cabbage
  • 1/2 cup of chopped cilantro
  • 1 ISSIMA Criollo sofrito
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice

PROCEDURE:

  • In a bowl we mix all the ingredients until a homogenous mix is obtained.
  • Serve a Zambos portion on a plate and cover with salad.
