Ceviche casero con Zambos
Crispy fish fingers coated with crunchy Zambos Ceviche crumbs and fresh citrus flavors. A tasty, golden dish ideal for sharing and pairing with your favorite sauce.
Ingredients
- 500g of fresh white fish fillet, cubed
- Juice of 8 lemons
- 陆 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons of ketchup
- Fresh cilantro, chopped, to taste
- Salt to taste
- Zambos Ceviche to serve
Preparation

Place the fish in a bowl and cover with the lemon juice; let it rest until the fish is opaque and well marinated.

Add the red onion, tomato, cilantro, and salt to taste, mixing gently.
- 3.
Add the Worcestershire sauce and ketchup.
- 4.
Serve the ceviche cold, accompanied by Zambos Ceviche to use as a spoon when eating.
