Guacamole with Zambos Plantain Originals
Crispy fish fingers coated with crunchy Zambos Ceviche crumbs and fresh citrus flavors. A tasty, golden dish ideal for sharing and pairing with your favorite sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup of chopped onion
- 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup of softened butter
- Season to taste
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 chopped boiled egg
- 1 family bag of Zambos Plantain Originals, whichever is necessary
Preparation
- 1.
In the food processor, place the avocado, onion, cilantro, cream butter, lemon and egg. Then process until you have a homogeneous mixture.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 3.
Refrigerate and serve a portion in the baskets. Accompany with the Zambos Plantain Originals.
