Tostones with guacamole

Zambos Tostones
15 minutes of preparation

Ingredients:

  • 2 avocados at their peak
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  •  4 tablespoons of chopped cilantro
  • 1 bag of YUMMIES TOSTONES

Preparation:

  • Place the avocado in a bowl and mash them with the tines of a fork.
  • The eggs, once the shells are removed, are also chopped and added to the avocado.
  • Season with salt, pepper, coriander and lemon juice.
  • Mix all the ingredients perfectly well and refrigerate to be served later with the tostones.
