Surimi Salad with Zambos Tostones

  • 1 package of surimi or imitation crab sticks.
  • ¼ cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon of Sriracha or hot sauce.
  • ½ teaspoon of fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
  • Plantain Chips


  • Step 1: Cut the surimi into small strips. Place it in a bowl.
  • Step 2: In another bowl, pour the mayonnaise, hot sauce, ginger, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Whisk until desired consistency is achieved.
  • Step 3: Mix the surimi strips with the sauce.
  • Step 4: Place the surimi strips with sauce on each plantain chip and enjoy the homemade-style flavor.
