Zambos Tostones wrapped with bacon

  • 2 Avocados
  • Olives
  • Shrimps
  • Bacon bits
  • Zambos Tostones


  • Step 1: Place the bacon bits on a tray, put them in the oven, and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
  • Step 2: In a bowl, mash the avocados. Add lemon juice and salt to taste. Mix until the guacamole is ready.
  • Step 3: Place a Zambos Tostón on the bacon bit, spread the tostones with guacamole, place one or two shrimps on top. Finally, roll up the bacon bit.
  • Step 4: Place a toothpick and an olive to give the final touch to your recipe.
