Anafre mixed with tostones

Zambos Tostones
20 minutes of preparation

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of liquefied beans
  • ½ pound of grated quesillo
  • 1 bag of Chicharrón del Rancho chopped
  • Optional cream butter
  • 1 bag of YUMMIES TOSTONES

Preparation:

  • In a pot we put the beans and add the quesillo to mix and melt it at the same time.
  • Once the quesillo and beans are well mixed we add the chicharrones and mix them again.
  • Once they are ready we transfer them to an anafre to serve with the tostones adding a dot of butter if desired.
