Burrito Zambos with Chicharrón del Rancho

Zambos Plátano con Chicharrón del Rancho
10 minutes of preparation


  • 1 large wheat tortilla
  • 2 tablespoons of beans turned
  • 2 tablespoons of avocado cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons of chorizo
  • 3 tablespoons of crushed Zambos with Chicharrón del Rancho.


  • Spread the beans on the tortilla. Follow with the avocado, then add the chorizo and finish with the zambos. Roll up and enjoy.
