Chocolate Plantain Chips

Zambos Plantain Originals
30 minutes of preparation


  • 1 bag of Zambos Originals
  • 1 ½ cup semisweet chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil


  • Fill a pot halfway with water and place a heat-holding container on top. Turn the burner on to medium high heat to bring the water to a boil.
  • Add the coconut oil to the chocolate and heat until melted.
  • Grease a mini cupcake pan.
  • Break up the Zambos and drop them into the chocolate. Stir and divide the mixture evenly in the cupcake pan.
  • Let cool in the refrigerator until completely firm and remove from the pan.
