Heat margarine in a saucepan and fry garlic and onion over medium heat. Add the chicken and brown for a few minutes. Add the tomato sauce and bouillon and cook for 2 minutes. To prepare the onions, mix them in a bowl and let them macerate for a few minutes. To prepare the sauce, mix everything in a bowl.
To assemble the Zambos®, place them on a plate or open the bag horizontally. Add the chicken, then the cabbage, follow with the onions, and finally serve the dressing.
