  • 1 portion of dough prepared for tortillas according to package instructions
  • 1 cheese, crumbled or cut into pieces
  • Crushed Zambos Chicharrón Del Rancho
  • Cabbage and sauce for serving


  • Divide the dough into balls and flatten them with your hand like you are going to make an omelette.
  • Stuffed with cheese and Zambos Chicharrón Del Rancho. Cover with more dough and close the pupusas well so that the filling does not come out.
  • Heat a griddle or skillet and brown the pupusas over medium heat until the dough is fully cooked.
  • Serve with cooked cabbage and red sauce.
