Zambos Ceviche with Fish and Shrimp

Zambos Ceviche
20 minutes of preparation plus 8 hours of rest

Ingredients:

  • 4 corn tortillas
  • ½ pound of titi shrimp
  • ½ pound tilapia fish fillet in pieces
  • 1 cup tomato chopped
  • ½ cup red onion
  • 1 cup cilantro chopped Season to taste
  • 1 cup of lemon juice
  • 1 cup ketchup sauce
  • 1 cup of drinking water
  • 1 bag of Zambos Ceviche

Preparation:

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except the Zambos Plátano Ceviche.
  • Rest the ceviche for at least 8 hours.
  • Serve the delicious Zambos Plátano Ceviche in a tortilla basket.
