Ingredients:

  • 1 white onion in julienne
  • 1 sweet chili in julianas
  • 1 medium carrot in julienne
  • 1 sliced jalapeno chile
  • 1 ½ cup of vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 family bag Zambos Salsa Verde

Preparation:

  • Place all the ingredients in a bowl, then mix it and let it rest. (Estimated time of rest 24 hrs).
  • Serve with Zambos Salsa Verde
