Zambos Originals with Mango and Avocado Sauce

Zambos Plantain Originals

  • 2 cups diced Tommy type mango
  • 1 cup of avocado cut into squares
  • ¼ cup of red onion in julienne
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 spoon of sugar


  • Place the chopped mango, avocado, onion and cilantro in a bowl and mix well. In another container, mix the rest of the ingredients and add it little by little to the fruit and vegetable mixture. Serve at room temperature with Zambos Plantain Originals.
