Heat margarine in a saucepan and brown onion, garlic and chili for 3 minutes over medium heat. Add the meat and fry until browned. Add the rest of the ingredients, except the cabbage, and cook until the potato is soft. To prepare the chismol, mix all the ingredients in a bowl. To assemble the Zambos®, place them on a plate or open the bag horizontally. Add the cabbage on top of the zambos, then the meat, and finish with the chismol. To prepare the dressing, mix all the ingredients in a bowl and serve on top.
