Chocolate Plantain Chips
Zambos Plantain Originals
30 minutes of preparation
Ingredients:
1 bag of Zambos Originals
1 ½ cup semisweet chocolate
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
Preparation:
Fill a pot halfway with water and place a heat-holding container on top. Turn the burner on to medium high heat to bring the water to a boil.
Add the coconut oil to the chocolate and heat until melted.
Grease a mini cupcake pan.
Break up the Zambos and drop them into the chocolate. Stir and divide the mixture evenly in the cupcake pan.
Let cool in the refrigerator until completely firm and remove from the pan.
