Zambos Ceviche with Fish and Shrimp
Zambos Ceviche
20 minutes of preparation plus 8 hours of rest
Ingredients:
4 corn tortillas
½ pound of titi shrimp
½ pound tilapia fish fillet in pieces
1 cup tomato chopped
½ cup red onion
1 cup cilantro chopped
Season to taste
1 cup of lemon juice
1 cup ketchup sauce
1 cup of drinking water
1 bag of Zambos Ceviche
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except the Zambos Plátano Ceviche.
Rest the ceviche for at least 8 hours.
Serve the delicious Zambos Plátano Ceviche in a tortilla basket.
