Zambos Plantain Originals with Avocado
Zambos Plantain Originals
20 minutes
Ingredients:
1 pound of pear tomato
½ pound of red onion
1 mallet of coriander
2 teaspoons of salt and pepper
2 envelopes of
400 gr. mayonnaise
Juice of a lemon
1 cup of water
1 white onion
½ cilantro mallet
I teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of pepper
1 pound of cabbage
1 cup of spiced vinegar
1 cup of water
1 family bag Zambos Plantain Originals
Preparation:
Cut tomato, onion and coriander.
Mix in a bowl and season with the salt and pepper.
Combine the mayonnaise, water, onion, lemon juice, coriander, salt and pepper in a blender.
Process until you have a homogeneous sauce.
Cut the cabbage into strips.
Once finished, place in a bowl and add the vinegar, water and let it rest for half an hour.
Serve the Zambos Plantain Originals to your liking and then top with a portion of cabbage, chismol and salsa.
